What is it made of?

PLA filament, printed in two parts: the terrain and a separate route line that drops into a channel in the terrain.

How do I clean it?

Dust with a dry, soft brush. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat — PLA softens at high temperatures.

How does it hang?

A keyhole slot is recessed into the back of the base — it hangs on a single screw or nail, or sits flat on a shelf.

Why is the hanging slot off-center?

By design — it’s what makes the map hang straight. The terrain is taller and heavier on one side, so its balance point isn’t in the middle. We place the keyhole right over that balance point, so when it hangs from a single screw it settles level instead of tilting toward the heavier side.

How do I get the screw in the right spot?

Every order ships with a printed paper template — a full-size copy of the back. Hold it flat against the wall in the orientation you want to hang it, mark through the crosshair whose arrow points up, then drive a nail or screw there. The map drops onto it and hangs level.

How long until it ships?

We usually start printing within a day of your order, then hand-finish and pack. Most orders ship within a week.

Can I cancel or return?

You can cancel for free within 48 hours of ordering, before printing starts. Once printing has begun we can’t cancel, because each map is made to order. After that, you’re still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: if you’re not satisfied with your map for any reason, ship it back within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund what you paid, minus shipping.
